Kids & Youth Ministry

sWe love our children here at First Baptist. On a given Sunday, we have a short children's message during the service and childcare offered for the second half. We also have Sunday School for children ages 2 through high school; it isn't year-round, so look here for its status.

Discovery is our youth group, which holds events throughout the year. It is open to students 5th - 12th grade.

In the summer, there are many opportunities for children and teens. For children and their families,  we run a Vacation Bible School week called Kids Club.   We partner with other area churches for a summer youth program called Growth Works (grades 6-12 completed).

We also have connections to a  Christian summer camp in New Hampshire called Camp Sentinel. There, children play games, have Bible studies, hike, canoe, swim, make crafts, and do all sorts of fun summer activities while disconnected from devices and the internet. It's a great time.
